Happy Customers
Alison Lowe
Kayvex has replaced several windows in my home and fitted a new door. The service provided was fantastic.. all the staff were efficient, polite, professional and did a superb job. The cost was reasonable, and at all times, I was kept informed of the progress of the jobs undertaken. An excellent company to deal with.
Clare Taylor
I am very happy with my new porch door. It is very well made and has been fitted very well. It was a new fit rather than a replacement door. The fitters were extremely tidy, polite and conscientious. Leaving everywhere very tidy. They even bought their own hoover. The price was very reasonable compared with other quotes. No pushy salesman either. I would use it again as and when the need arises.
Julie
We had our patio door fitted yesterday and felt I needed to leave a review, as this experience was one of the best we have ever had. The price was fantastic, the salesman George was professional, efficient and not pushy at all. The surveyor was nice too; the fitters were brilliant, every appointment was precisely on time, the paperwork was emailed when they said it would be, and the payments required were staged, with the final payment due once fitted and happy.
The door is perfect; it was 6 weeks from start to finish despite being quoted 12 weeks (which we were happy with). I would not hesitate to recommend Kayvex to anyone, it all seemed a bit too good to be true quite honestly. Well done, Kayvex.
Helen Elliott-Adams
From Sales to the installation of our “Warm Roof”, we could not fault the service we received. Everyone we came into contact with was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for our installation team. We would not hesitate to use Kayvex again or to recommend them.
Stephen Jordan
A neighbour recommended us Kayvex. From start to finish we received a very good service, John visited and offered very good advice on the products we required. Shelley and Tia were always available to answer any enquiries, and Wayne was also very informative when carrying out the survey, talking us through the fitting process and talking in detail about the products we were purchasing.
We had doors and windows fitted, and Paul and Brandon carried out the fitting. They arrived on time each day, were friendly in their approach, and carried out the fitting to a high standard whilst being respectful of our home with their tidiness.
We found all the members of the team friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend Kayvex to anyone having door and window home improvements.
