Bespoke Conservatories

  • No two homes are the same, which is why when it comes to conservatories, it can be difficult to find the perfect one to complement your property. That’s why, at Kayvex, we create bespoke conservatories for those who want a particular look, and we can design and manufacture the conservatory of your dreams.

If you have an unusual layout in your home or garden, we can create a conservatory that suits the space. We can manufacture P, T and L shaped conservatories in all sorts of sizes, so all sorts of homes can benefit from a conservatory. If you have an empty space next to your home and aren’t sure whether a conservatory would fit, Kayvex would be happy to make a home visit and discuss your options.

Many homes can benefit from the addition of a conservatory. During the summer months, you can sit in them and enjoy the natural light, with the doors open to let in a breeze. In the winter, you can sit in your conservatory and enjoy views of the outdoors, even when it’s freezing outside.

Our bespoke conservatories can also improve your home. In smaller properties, adding a conservatory can give you extra space and make the adjoining rooms feel bigger. In houses where there’s a lack of natural light, conservatories can help brighten them up and bring sunshine into your home.

What is a bespoke conservatory?

A bespoke conservatory is one that is completely tailored to you. You can start with one of our existing styles for inspiration or ask our team to design you something that suits your needs. With a bespoke conservatory, you can get the right style to complement your home, the perfect size and layout that works for your space and the decorative features that work for your home. You can have a conservatory made with glass panes along the walls and roof or have a dwarf wall and tiled roof for better energy efficiency. There’s lots of style inspiration in our brochure, and you can visit our showroom to see some of our conservatory styles and get ideas for your own.

Can a bespoke conservatory have cornices fitted?

A cornice is a ledge which runs around your conservatory, creating a clean, elegant line and covering up gutters. It can add the finishing touch to all sorts of conservatories. Cornice is Italian for ledge, and they come in many different styles to suit the conservatory you choose. A single cornice gives you a simple finish, while a triple cornice creates more of an ornate, decorative look. If you’d like to add cornices to your bespoke conservatory, speak to the Kayvex team who can give you some options that’ll work with your design.

Can I add decorative glass to my bespoke conservatory?

Kayvex create lots of styles of decorative glass, from classic patterns to your own bespoke designs. This means we can add all sorts of decorative glass to your conservatory. We’d be happy to discuss the look you want and make suggestions that might work for you. If you’d like partitioned glass, but worry about having to dust it regularly, we can create glass panes with the decorative leading on the inside, giving you a smooth finish. Simply speak to Kayvex today and we can discuss decorative options.

What materials can be used for a bespoke conservatory?

Having a bespoke conservatory designed for you means you have lots of options with regards to the materials used. You might want to opt for PVCu, which is the most affordable option, while still being strong and providing excellent insulation. It’s also easy to clean and low maintenance. Aluminium is strong, so your conservatory can be built with thinner frames. If you’re looking for bigger windowpanes to enjoy your view, then aluminium is a great choice. Kayvex can help you decide on the best material for your conservatory.

As a local company we are proud to offer British Standards BS7412/PAS24 for enhanced security.

We refuse to compromise on quality

Our windows are made from British Made, high quality MarinespecTM components, with up to 25 years anti corrosion. They are built specifically for the more exposed areas of corrosion, such as coastal environments to give you worry free performance beyond your guarantee.  We believe spending more on components is worth every penny, and sets us apart from our competitors.

State of the art fabrication for best quality

We have invested millions of pounds into one of the most state of the art manufacturing facilities in the UK.  This enables us to provide you with consistently high quality products at exceptionally good prices. Our loyal factory workers are well trained and take pride in their work, they really care about quality.  Our machines are maintained according to a rigorous servicing regime to keep them in top condition.

Superior energy efficiency

Our ‘A’ rated energy efficient and triple glazed windows are tested by the BFRC, which will save you money on your heating bills. By law your windows and doors have to meet strict thermal performance regulations but you can be rest assured that our products exceed current requirements.

Energy saving is incredibly important and so is keeping your fuel bills down. We are continuously looking for ways to make our homes energy efficient and one way is to choose new PVCu windows and doors. Not only will they help to keep your home warmer, they will reduce your energy loss.

Don’t just take our word for it!

Our suppliers conform to strictly controlled and independently monitored Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, to ensure that everything is done correctly and according to best practise.

Our windows are tested independently by British Standards for security, weather tightness and strength performance. This means that periodically, we have to send them to independent test houses, in order to be tested to destruction.

These are just some of the many standards the products in our vast range conform to. Needless to say we take the quality of our products very seriously indeed.
